Plastic film has a variety of molding methods, mainly including extrusion molding (including extrusion blown film, extrusion cast film method, extrusion composite film method), solution casting molding, calendering molding and secondary molding processing. Composite membrane method, mechanical processing method, etc.
Film Extrusion
Film extrusion molding is a film molding method with an extruder as the main molding equipment. It includes extrusion blown film method, extrusion cast film method, extrusion composite film method, etc. The extrusion blown film method is divided into flat blowing method, up blowing method and down blowing method according to the different blowing and cooling methods of the film bubble. Up-blown extrusion blown film is the most commonly used method for plastic film forming; down-blown extrusion blown film is the easiest production method for high-transparency plastic films. The extrusion blown film method can produce single-layer and multi-layer films. If the process of blowing the film bubble twice is adopted, the extrusion blown film method can produce biaxially stretched film and heat shrinkable film. The film form produced by extrusion blown film method is simple or sheet film. Plastic materials commonly used to produce films by extrusion blown film include LDPE, HDPE, LDPE, P, EVA, PVC, PA, BS, PVDC, etc.
Extrusion cast film method, also known as flat film method or "T"" shape film method, is mainly used to produce single-layer or multi-layer sheet film. Extrusion cast film can be produced by subsequent stretching process. Directional stretching and biaxially stretching films, breathable and impermeable films, and heat shrinkable films are the fastest-growing film forming technologies in recent years. The plastic materials used to produce films by extrusion casting film mainly include LDPE, LDPE, and EVA. , PP, PET, PA, etc.
The extrusion composite film method is to directly coat the extruded hot-melt film on the continuously conveyed sheet and film materials such as paper, fabric and plastic film, and then cool and pressurize to form a composite film. The extruded composite film does not use solvents, and its extruded hot melt and substrate can be two different materials. Plastic materials for producing composite films by extrusion compounding mainly include FE, PA, PET, EVA, ENOH, EM ionomers, etc.
